How much does this meeting cost to attend?

There is no charge to attend this meeting. Please note that due to limited places at this meeting, your place is not confirmed until we notify you.

How will you communicate with me after I register?

How do I change my registration details?

Is this meeting CPD accredited?

This meeting is not CPD accredited. You will be provided with a certificate of attendance for your records.

Are travel expenses covered by the meeting organisers?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for travel expenses to and from this meeting to be reimbursed.

Do I have to pay for any meals at the meeting?

If you are physically attending a spoke, lunch will be provided. Any additional snacks or drinks outside the refreshments and meals will need to be paid for by yourself.

How do I cancel my place?

It is important that you let us know of your situation as soon as possible should you not be able to attend this meeting so that your place can be assigned to another delegate. Please contact the meeting Secretariat if you need to cancel your place.

I have been placed on a waiting list, what happens now?

This meeting is very popular and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis with priority given to those who are sitting their exams in 2021.

Please note that attending the spokes in person will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If no more spaces are available to attend the spoke in person, we will allocate you to your chosen spoke.

Once registration is full, delegates will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration and will be contacted if a place becomes available. Cancellations are usually likely to happen closer to the meeting, so you may be contacted at short notice. If you do not wish to remain on the waiting list, please contact us.
