How much does this meeting cost to attend?

There is no charge to attend this meeting. However due to popular demand, a deposit for £100 paid via Worldpay is required to secure your place at the meeting. Your deposit will be refunded to you upon your attendance at the meeting. However, if you fail to attend without notifying us before 1st April, your deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee. Please note that due to limited places at this meeting, your place is not confirmed until we notify you.

When will my deposit be refunded to me?

Due to popular demand, a deposit for £100 paid via Worldpay is required to secure your place at the meeting. Your deposit will be refunded to you upon your attendance at the meeting. However, if you fail to attend without notifying us before 1st April, your deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee. If you have been declined from the meeting but you have paid your deposit, this will be refunded to you in 2-3 working days.

How will you communicate with me after I register?

Is parking available at the meeting?

Yes, there are 600 complimentary parking spaces at the venue.

Is accommodation available at the meeting?

Yes, complimentary accommodation will be provided for the evening of Saturday 13th April 2019 only. Please make sure you tick the box on the registration page if you require accommodation on the night of Saturday 13th April.

How do I change my registration details?

Is this meeting CPD accredited?

This meeting is not CPD accredited. You will be provided with a certificate of attendance for your records.

How do I use Worldpay?

Once you have completed your details on the registration form, you will be directed to a secure system to process your deposit of £100. Please enter the information requested in the secure Worldpay field as directed and follow the on-screen instructions to verify your card details.

Please note that we cannot continue with your registration until we have received the £100 deposit via Worldpay.

Worldpay is not working, how do I register?

Please phone the meeting secretariat on 01932 254432 where we can complete the registration for you over the phone. Please note that we will need to take your card details over the phone to process your deposit.

Are travel expenses covered by the meeting organisers?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for travel expenses to and from this meeting to be reimbursed.

What is the coach transfer service from the station?

There will be a complimentary coach transfer service provided on Saturday 13th April from Nuneaton railway station to the Jurys Inn Hinckley Island Hotel. This will depart from Nuneaton station at 09:15 on Saturday 13th April. The coach will have clear BJCA signage on board. A complimentary return coach transfer will take delegates back from the Jurys Inn Hinckley Island Hotel to Nuneaton railway station on Sunday 14th April at the end of the meeting around 5pm.

Do I have to pay for any meals at the meeting?

Lunch, refreshment breaks and dinner on Saturday 13th April will be provided, as well as lunch and refreshment breaks on Sunday 14th April. Any additional snacks or drinks outside the refreshments and meals will need to be paid for by yourself.

How do I cancel my place?

It is important that you let us know of your situation as soon as possible should you not be able to attend this meeting so that your place can be assigned to another delegate. Please contact the meeting secretariat if you need to cancel your place. Please note that if you cancel after the 1st April then your £100 deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee.

How do I get my certificate of attendance for this meeting?

Your certificate of attendance will be handed to you at the meeting. If you do not receive it or need another copy, please contact the meeting secretariat.

I have been placed on a waiting list, what happens now?

This meeting is very popular and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis with priority given to those who are sitting their exams in 2019, and who have registered and secured their place by paying their Worldpay deposit on the registration page.

Once registration is full, delegates will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration and will be contacted if a place becomes available. Cancellations are usually likely to happen closer to the meeting, so you may be contacted at short notice. If you do not wish to remain on the waiting list, please contact us and we will refund your deposit.
